Grilling up some turkey tenderloins tonight. I know I read some good methods and times on here but can’t remember em. Something like 350 for half an hour indirect or direct (raised or fire ring?)? and turning halfway thru? Pull at 155?

I’ve been craving turkey. Specifically grilled turkey thighs. Haven’t seen them around yet.

I usually throw mine on direct and cook to temp. Everything is raised direct on the large, but I usually throw two on the mini. I cook to IT of at least 160. Pick your favorite marinade and roll. Easy cook, and one of my favorite ways to cook turkey!

Cooked em direct raised direct at the felt at 400° for 15 minutes a side. Came out awesome. -
@Powak That looks great.I almost relented and bought sliced deli turkey, but I’m going to hold firm and wait till I can grill some parts.A couple years back I grilled a stuffed turkey breast:. Started with a boneless turkey breast. Flattened it out some. Layered in goat cheese, spinach, cranberries. Rolled and covered the outside in bacon.
recently I found the final vacuum packed portion of it. Tasted 95% as good to me as original.
