Happy Labor Day, Y'all,
Spend most of my time on here reading and soaking up the knowledge, appreciate all the inspiration. got with a buddy and decided to have a day with some of that, so we got some fire rolling.
To start, smoked queso with monterey jack, pepper jack, velveeta, smoked poblano, jalapeno, red onion, 80/20 beef, chorizo, and sprinkled with some honey hog hot. smoked on rockwood @ 250 or so for a touch over an hour, stirring every 15-20
Then, some waygu a-5 ribeye cuts, season with just salt, seared hot and fast (550f) for about 45 seconds a side on the egg in a lodge cast iron pan.
Finally, prime ribeye and ny strip seasoned with just S&P, seared in the same waygu pan, 2 1/2 min or so per side around 500, topped with Moldon.
Good eats and cheers.

@GATraveller no one recipe. I watched A bunch of videos and took ingredients that sounded best to me. Had honey hog in pantry so used that for some seasoning.LBGE, 28" Blackstone
