I have never made meatloaf, and this one was amazing! Guest worthy, as my daughter stated. Definitely not my mother's meatloaf. No ketchup, no sugar....

Thanks all for the compliments. BTW since I posted that recipe 3 years ago I have added finely, chopped anchovies to the skillet part.
