Leftover Brisket use for newbs

<p />Here is some brisket Hash I cooked up. I boiled the potatoes to about half done. Cut into cubes and combined green peppers and onions to form my hash mixture. Sauted in oil till the potatoes were done. Added in the cubed brisket and cooked until heated through. Served with 3 fried eggs on top. It was outstanding and a great way to use up leftovers.
