I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'

As I mentioned on the last Friday thingie, I can't seem to find Miller High Life in bottles anywhere, anymore; my swill of choice since I was 18.
Tonight I realized that Budweiser, in cans, is slightly better than Miller Lite, in cans. But BOTH are so nasty, I may be going to a teetotaler lifestyle (or, if things go wrong in November, the brown water lifestyle...). That is all.“I'll have what she's having."

Had a discussion with my favorite convenience store owner (a Kuwaiti immigrant with expensive tastes in cars) and apparently Miller HIgh Life is changing their labels/maybe bottle styles again, and they like to completely drain retail inventory before they introduce the new stuff.Botch said:As I mentioned on the last Friday thingie, I can't seem to find Miller High Life in bottles anywhere, anymore; my swill of choice since I was 18.
They did this when utard went from 3.2% to regular strength, and also when they went from regular bottles to "long necks", years ago. I can't understand the business reasons for this, but it is what it is.“I'll have what she's having."

Not drinking it yet, but my wife got this for me today as a "happy". Looking forward to enjoying some later. Not real familiar with Blanton's, so this is a treat.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

. I have to give my wife props...she occasionally buys we very nice bottles of Whiskey and Scotch, which she knows are my favorite. Its her version of flowers for me. I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
