Wine and short ribs

Done short ribs a few times now on my MM and results have been varied but this time I nailed them! Used my own experience (gained from this amazing forum!), and this recipe: https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/red-wine-braised-short-ribs 
Basically had them on indirect for two hrs on grill @220-275F and then prepared the Dutch oven on the gasser as per the above ref. recipe with the ingredients, brought the pot over to the MM and added the ribs and wine and after two hrs added the veggies and herbs. The sweet potatoes were done in the oven (no room on MM) and just added to the pot before serving and mixed in total cooking time roughly 5-6 hrs.
