Salmon bites

We are going to friends Monday for brisket. I am taking the appetizers. I want to take salmon bites but can't find a recipe that suits me. I've spent an hour on the search feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

What are you actually looking to do? I did some salmon skewers that were really good and could be made in single serve apps.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

I know I'm going to grill peaches wrapped in prosciutto with goats cheese. I'm thinking light apps with the brisket.

Not sure how you are planning to do this, but IMO, peaches do well directly exposed to the flame (because of the caramelization of the sugars) so I'm not sure how the prosciutto and goat cheese figure in.
