More bunless bison

Bison cheese (Gouda) burger  to 140 smothered with caramelized onions, garlic and apple , served wth roasted tomato and zucchini and yellow squash. Egg on it’s temporary resting place, old table (2012) rusted out, building my new table next week during a staying at home week of vacation.
