Thermoworks App - Take 2

While I love my Thermoworks Signals, the app has always been a bit lacking.  Lots of issues with connection, maintaining wifi, etc.  And I wasn't the only one if you look at the ratings.  Well it appears that Thermoworks has been paying attention to all the not so great reviews, and have been working on a completely revamped app.

The old app was titled "ThermoWorks BBQ".  The new one is simply "ThermoWorks".  They have been running a beta version for Android for a little bit, but just this past week, officially have it available for iOS.  I am assuming it is official for Android as well. 

The interface is completely different from the pervious app.  I think there is a little more customization.  It doesn't have the "quick" temps for high or low like the iGrill (something I really liked).  Or the ability to add custom temps that can be saved. Granted this device is supposed to be more for the professionals, but I could probably argue they might actually like that feature.  Maybe they will implement this into future versions.  

I look forward to hearing what others think, and hopefully I will remember to come back and update this once I get a few cooks under the belt with the new app.
