Morning All:

A little deep-dish action tonight...made the dough then topped with 8 oz. of Mozzarella, some Alfredo sauce, my BBQ sauce, about 10 oz. of ground beef, some steak, chicken, ham, Canadian bacon, pulled pork & mild pepper rings (for the veggie lovers :) )...next was some Asiago & another 8 oz. of Mozzarella -- then onto the Egg indirect at about 450 -- about 25 minutes later about ready to come off -- beautiful bottom crust & just love the melted cheese "gasket" holding it all together...it was delicious!
