Gojuchang Wings and Naan Bread Pizzas

Hit the wings with SPOG and on the mini at 300 indirect with some JD wood chips 


Once they got crispy I dunked em in a concoction of gojuchang, soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and lime juice and put them back on to set the sauce.  


Meanwhile the large is gettin busy with the naan bread pizzas 


Time to feed my pie hole 


Just a good O’l COVID Friday supper.

    Great cook as always but those wings are a cut above.  Congrats.
