Ok, after a self-imposed 90-day sentence, thought I’d try this again.  Hopefully this time around I’ll demonstrate more discipline and avoid jumping into the political discussions with both feet...

Will dice these up later and serve over a nice salad.

Did I miss anything?  😂

I recently used that Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy sauce, and added a few spoonfuls of Orange Marmalade.
    It made a wonderful glaze!

Wish I had thought of that - I have a fresh jar.  Next time, thanks!

Your chicken looks great. Did you miss anything? Man, you know this place is like a soap opera - you can be gone 6 months and when you come back, it’s the same ‘ol same ‘ol...
Still a good place to be.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Good looking chicken.  I sometimes thin that sweet baby rays with bourbon and apple cider vinegar and use it as a glaze on ribs.  (the pork version) It comes out tasty.
