Mini table with lockable storage

Hi, all. Former owner of a LBGE since '13 and loved it in general but wasn't great for weeknight cooks for two busy working folk, and I want portability for camping. So I sold the Large and am eyeing a Mini.

What I'm looking for is an outdoor lockable cabinet that I can use the top for the Mini and prep but then lock away the Mini w/ nest and have some storage for a lump bin. I wasn't concerned with theft of the LBGE due to weight, but the Mini is far easier to "wonder off." My deck is fairly small so space is at a premium, so ideally it would be just big enough to do as described above. My kitchen is just several feet away so I don't need tool storage, just don't want to drag a dirty Egg in and out of the house.

Off-the-shelf is fine as long as it's quality, but I'm open to making my own but not great with design/schematics, so any plans would be welcome. Thanks.

Forgot to add, having a slide-out for the cabinet storage would make it immensely easier for Egg ingress/egress but needs to be able to support the weight.

    Wander, not wonder. Pre-coffee.

Wont the locks just encourage someone to break into it?

The lock wouldn't be visible from the street, but the Egg would.

I do not know anything off-hand, but @Tspud1 makes beautiful custom stainless steel tables.  He may know of some lockable drawers or something.  He may be able to make just what you are looking for.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Agree - but here's another solution. A friend of mine lives in a condo on a corner lot with high traffic. Her solution that has worked for 14 years now. That's a black cover that has large red print WEBER on it over her medium BGE.

Reminds me of a friend of mine who an expensive Italian bike. He painted and put Schwinn Varsity decals on it.

Thanks for the suggestions. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it instead of constantly moving the egg in and out of storage, a table with a hinged, lockable cover (like a storage trunk) might work better.

I offer them but rarely sell any due to this fact. They really are only as strong as the metal they are mounted in. A good screwdriver can bend most doors open on cabinet. I have welded eyes under tables to attach to permanent anchors so table couldnt be stolen. I can see the wheels turning in the thiefs head....must be somethhing good in there, lets take a look. Bam, damaged cabinet. Actually might be good for business.
