Neat video. Beautiful setting and you have an easy-going and natural delivery.You touch on a lot of important concepts. A lot of people forget that lump volume and size have a huge impact on airflow, which in turn dictates the temps of your fire. When doing low and slows, I fill the fire bowl but also use small bits of lump to help fill air gaps.

Thanks for sharing. Agree with lighting only one spot for low and slow. Also agree with @GrateEggspectations filling gaps with small pieces of leftover lumps.canuckland
