Help! I am unable to authenticate my email for my Egg Genius.

I set up and ran my Egg Genius once and it went great! Today I tried again and the app said my email was unable to be authenticated so I wasn’t able to get in to the account. I’ve tried to get it to send an email but it isn’t coming in (I have already checked my junk folder repeatedly). Any advice?

Thanks. I sent them an email late last night but no response yet. Hopefully they say something soon.
