Mama Day Baby Backs

Since we are all adjusting to this new lifestyle we are having to live we decided to deliver instead of the normal cook and have mom and MIL to the house. We’ve had them on lockdown and just don’t want to chance passing anything to them. May be over cautious, who knows. Anyways here we go. 

Rubbed a rack of baby backs with Tsunami Spin and BBBR and on the egg with cherry for smoke and the baked beans riding up top 


About 5 1/2 hours in right before sauce time 


Just ready to pull after sauce set.  I would’ve done the bend test for a pic but no way they would not of broke in half.  Toothpick for the win.  


We boxed up a 1/2 rack with a baked potato, baked beans,extra sauce, fresh bread and cinnamon butter. Ready for delivery to my mom first.  


Will do the same thing for MIL tomorrow after I warm the ribs in the SV for a bit.
