Meat Church sure missed the boat on this one...Could have been Holy Molé Tacos...lol
Marinated these chicken thighs in Lea & Perrins, Soy Sauce a little Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing for about 3 hours.
Coated both sides with Dizzy Pig Molé on the Egg. Raised direct on the Small Egg.
Some sautéed onions and jalapeños did the rest. These were awesome.
 Thanks for looking.

Thank you,
Darian

ps: did your friend ever reopen his fish shop (next door to the other fish shop)?
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

    Hi Mickey.
As far as I know Katie’s Seafood Market never closed.
Their new restaurant, Katie’s Seafood, had take out orders and now open for limited seating.
Galveston is being overwhelmed, especially on the weekends, with tourists looking for things to do, but there are not enough legal capacity restaurants available.

    Thank you,
    Darian
