Marinated the thighs in oil, lime juice and zest, Chipotle chili powder and cumin for about 3hrs.
Seared on Bertha (big CI skillet) along with the veggies
And plated
The stars must’ve been in line tonight because these were the best fajitas I’ve ever made. Thanks for looking
