Honestly, the only Alabama Q I had ever heard of was Big Bob Gibson's. Came across this interesting video featuring pit masters from all over the state. With everyone holed up at home these days, i thought you might appreciate something to do for an hour or so.

Big Bob's - Chris Lilly is a legend in his own mind. He married well. The chicken is decidedly much better than the other meats. Chris definitely deserves some respect, he has won quite a few championships.
I enjoyed the video, I think I'm going to go with 185-190 Degrees smoker temp for the next butt cook as the video suggested. I normally use that temp for the first 12 hours and then finish the cook at 250 Degrees.
