Grilled Quesadillas- Fillet & Caramelized onions
Best thing I have ate in awhile - caramelized 5 onions earlier & used leftover beef tenderloin with fresh shred sharp white cheddar. It was so nice. Dipped in a few sauces, basically kicked up sour cream w diff hot sauces added in.
