Better to be lucky!

Went looking for yeast.
No luck, but found wings.
Steaks on deck after the wings.

Thank you,

Read an article today that there is a huge wing surplus since everything shut down.
Prices should be good on them now.

King Arthur flour was out of SAF Instant yeast, then they got some in and I happened to catch 'em at the right time. Took a couple of weeks, but I got it (and 2 bags of bread flour) yesterday. Just looked and they're out of stock again. Enjoy your wangs!

Last I looked, couple of weeks ago, I did find SAF on amazon, but the price gougers were out in full force.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Damn, Darian! Forget yeast, you're ahead of the curve.

I was at the mercy of the grocery store.
But 1/2” to 2”...a decent cook should be able to adapt.lol
Slow smoked to 125 degrees then seared. Came out perfect Rare/Medium Rare. For the price very good.
Thanks for looking and be safe.
