Yep so am I. Even farther South than SGH or That grimguy. Admittedly almost all barbecue joints in MS use a sweet red sauce but it does vary from region to region.

I recall hearing about something called Comeback Sauce, apparently a favorite in parts of MS. Looks like Thousand Island. Google it for recipes.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
