<p />Tried one with a fried egg last night...good and messy! Turns out the extra moisture was needed as I let the patties get more done than I like. I wasn't very prepared and had to use the chunk tomatopes from some very hot homemade salsa. That turned out good, too.[p]Mike[p]food005.jpg

    Lawn Ranger,
When I was in around 5th grade my dad was cruising around the Med hanging around Beruit after visiting the friendly island of Grenada. My mom took me out just about every week to the SNCO club and we played bingo. Actually she played more and I ate my head off. They had Gunny burgers, which was a huge burger with egg, cheese, canadian bacon. The only other place I've ever seen serve a burger with an egg is at Red Robin. Good stuff indeed.

  • dhuffjr,[p]Eggs are a common accessory on burgers downunder. But if you order one 'with the lot' then you will also get a fried pineapple ring and a few slices of tinned (sorry canned) beetroot. [p]It's pretty much a completely balanced meal with nearly all the major food groups represented - especially if it's washed down with a beer or seven!
