Morning All:

Has been a very tasty day...we finished up with a couple of strip steaks (cut from this whole loin a couple weeks ago)…


And some brown rice pilaf...rice has been on about an hour & steaks getting close to done...


My plate...topped the steaks with a pat of butter just before pulling from the Egg...just on the rare side (my preference)...not a ribeye but VERY good...
