Quick marinated some beef in ginger,soy,rice wine, sesame oil, salt & white pepper

Mis en place 


Beef in the hot wok


Some chili bean paste added 


Beef out and onions and broccoli in 


Beef and juices back in 


Sauce of chicken stock, dark soy, oyster sauce and rice vinegar added


Let’s eat.

    I’ve been missing Chinese badly, I support two Chinese restaurants within a half mile of my house. It is also a cuisine that I never learned to cook. I hope both of them open back up eventually. One is a family run operation. Now that the kid can reach the cash register he takes the money and makes change.
