jdMyers recent post made me hungry for steak.  Had a couple I've been wanting to try as they are from a new to me supplier.  21 day dry aged Ribeye and a small .4 lb Filet, cooked last night....
Seasoned with sample packet from Misty's.  If you're ever in the Lincoln, NE area and hungry for a steak you could do much worse then Misty's.  Go to the Havelock, not Downtown, location.  But not until May 6, all in-restaurant dining is closed down until at least then.....
On they go.....
Off they come, we like medium rare.  Very, very tender and flavorful.  I will be buying more steaks from this young entrepreneur.....

Filet is at the bottom of the last pic, cut in half.  There was just the two of us eating so we split both steaks.

I am lucky in that Hannah delivers to a pick up location on the UNL campus.  Just a leisurely little drive for me.

Outstanding cook and results.  That marbling is great.  Congrats.  Lucky to have that access to such quality steaks.  Money shots for the win.
