Saturday Night Tacos

Been a bit since I did my own thread. But these Tacos were simple and killer. Had a bottle of mojo marinade in the pantry just eyeing me for a few months and when Publix had a sale on Flank Steaks I pounced.





Just a simple store bought Mojo marinade for the steak and also found some jumbo shrimp in the deep freezer so pulled those suckers out to join a separate bath for about 6 hours.
Did a direct raised grill and pulled when the steak IT was 130ish. Shrimps were done when they had a little char to them.





Probably my best tacos off the Egg to date. Topped with some homemade pickled onion, habanero cheddar and sour cream.

They look amazing and thank you for the recommendation on the use of Mojo marinade. I've usually only use that on pork. Never thought of it for steak or shrimp!
