Mojo Chicken using Operation BBQ Relief Rub

Picked up today and thought I’d give it a spin on some chicken. Really bold flavors.

Plated up with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice and Mango Black Bean Salsa

Taste was great.

Here are the 2 rubs I picked up.  Judging from the quality on these I’ll probably pick up the other 2 flavors soon.

That salsa looks good... Thanks for the comments about the rub. Nice cook all around.

"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Good! I got both of the same rubs last week but have only tried the Santa Maria(I needed a rub for beef).
