Simple chicken parts and beef.

Today I cooked up some chicken parts  Some were marinated a mixture of cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lime juice, red chili paste. Other parts were Dizzy Pigs Shaking the tree and Ghost.
First there was some charcuterie things.

Second batch

Sides were garlic bread, salad,
Right after dinner I put on a few pieces of flap meat for lunches. Did not cut into them, but the thermopen said 126 when pulled off, so they should be pretty good.

Nope. This is the only BGE forum I have ever belonged to. I do/did belong to another forum where I learned the very basics and introduced me to making charcuterie, but quickly outgrew it and lost patience there.  Here you can post a question and someone will answer in a matter of minutes. There it would take sometimes 3-5 days.
