@Lit pretty good! I enjoyed it a lot as a change up from Jai Alai to a more NE style. Let me know what you think.

I liked it for sure. Nothing really stood out about it but it was an easy drinking IPA and they didn’t try too hard like all the new stuff I’m seeing other places. Something I would keep around for everyday drinking in the summer.CigarCityEgger said:@Lit pretty good! I enjoyed it a lot as a change up from Jai Alai to a more NE style. Question for my fellow beer enthusiasts. I find the higher ABV IPAs (pictured above 11%) who tend to be on the maltier side do better with a little age on them. Says to drink within 3 months but I find that really applies to the lighter/juicier IPA’s. What do you all think/prefer? -
I find the higher ABV IPAs do age well. Just don’t make the mistake I did with the last of my Westvleteren 12s and keep them too long. There is, of course, a sweet spot.CigarCityEgger said:

Either way, IPAs are my jam (and have been for many years). -

Homemade whiskey sours. My fave in-house cocktail. Cayenne dusted on top to serve as counterpoint to the sweet and sour.

My favorite, can’t find it anymore around here. If it had any more peat it would taste like dirt.GrateEggspectations said:

Bought some of that along with the pseudo sue for this weekend. The kiddos love it. I’ll stick to my brown liquor. Enjoy.Lit said:Not yet but soon. 1 meeting and 2 soccer practices away.
