In both egg and tuna salad, I sometimes like to add curry powder. If making tuna salad, it’s really hard to beat curry and dried cranberries.For a healthier outcome, swap the mayo, either partially or entirely, for Greek yoghurt. I find that I don’t even miss the mayo.

well its funny Im reading this. My wife made some today. It took me FORE EVER to realize the odd texture/flavor that didn't normally belong, was granny apples cut up real tiny. Wasn't bad just wasn't expected.
