Pantry Challenge - Instant Pot Green Chile Stew Thing

Working on cleaning out freezer and pantry lately, inspired by a recent @Battleborn cook decided to see if I could make a Green Chile ish stew with only what I had in the house. 

Used my new favorite toy, the Instant Pot. 

Turned out so good I wrote down the recipe.
