Just devoured this a few minutes ago.
Homemade pizza dough, cold-proofed for 24 hours in the refrigerator then 4 hours at room temperature. 650 degrees for 8 minutes.

Just saw this thread--posted this elsewhere on this forum. Have a friend in town who loved our pizzas last time he was here. These didn't disappoint.
