@Calbbqer I'm in Orange County but I get there when I can. I used to work in Long Beach and traveled to Mount Wilson regularly. Phillippe's is about half way. Double dipped lamb for me.

Weber Kettle. A classic for a reason. Reliable as a hammer. Easy to use. Versatile. I've had one for 35 years. It's a great companion grille to an Egg.Michiana, South of the border.

A Lodge pizza "stone", baking steel or other thick griddle really changed my appreciation for gas grills. Preheated to 650F and you can get some killer foods... alternating between the hard searing of the griddle and the lower temp grates.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

Do you drink while you're in the pool? Doesn't that give you reason to get out at times?Steve
