I just pulled this bad boy out the freezer. Would like it ready to be seasoned in 7 hours. I’m skeptical it will be fully thawed by then especially with how thick this thing is just sitting out at room temp. Anyone have any suggestions to speed the process up that won’t ruin the meat? Thanks happy new year

If you have it, Sous Vide at room temperature or lower, putting the meat in a ziploc bag or vacuum-seal bag . Keeps the water moving and temperature constant.
