Salmon on the Mini and Carrots in the SV

Nice Saturday night meal.
400 direct on Mini. Meat side down 4 mins then flip. Rubbed with DP Tsunami Spin
Carrots went for a 1hr swim at 183 with salt and butter. First time I got to use my new SV weights. Worked great holding the carrots down.

Nice cook.The weights are cool. I generally clip utensils to my sous vide bags to keep them down. Just throwing that out there in case anyone else, like me, struggles with limited kitchen space.
