300* indirect for about 90 minutes to 115 then 650* reverse sear. Trimmed to just about 4 #.  Dry brined with salt 5 hours ahead of grilling. Then garlic, parsley, and cracked black pepper. Turned out pretty tasty. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
