    Nice to see you checking in! 7 hams, huh? You really are STILL the GodFather of gifters!
    As usual I will be egging the MUCH requested, MUCH loved, and HEAVILY devoured Egret ham for our Christmas dinner.

    I don’t like using those spiral sliced hams for your recipe..kinda hard to keep the injected goodness inside when the meat is sliced clear through making run off too easy!

  • I made one of these for the first time over Thanksgiving. It was a huge success!
