Roasted indirect at 400 degrees. Good gosh, it was delicious!


We had leftovers and enjoyed a second great meal for lunch the next day. Pita bread, yogurt and rice pilaf rounded out the meal. Thanks goes to Mr. Toad for the Mediterranean pork loin recipe idea.
Nice way to end 2006. Let the cooking begin for 2007.
