SRF Wagyu Black Sirloin

I ordered a wagyu black package with multiple steaks from SRF and cooked up my first one tonight. Went with the sirloin first to see how they were and save the ny strips, filets and ribeye filets. My wife and I split this and it was plenty with the richer, beefy flavor! I was very happy with it and now I’m really excited to try the other steaks!

    Great choice and results right there.  Congrats on nailing the cook.  You are in for quite a downstream treat with the remainder of those steaks.  Enjoy!
