On my 3rd and finale batch of PBBEs to take in for Thanksgiving. Have to thank my oldest grandson, Ethan for manning Nguyen the shaker of rub for me. Smoking with pecan on this batch. Should be finished around midnight.
LBGE, and just enough knowledge and gadgets to be dangerous .
