Bourbon Brine

We were down to 5 threads on the main page regarding brine and it's Thanksgiving week. I was worried.

I like to brine my liver in bourbon.

It really helps the holiday's pass stress free.

What's your favorite liver brine?

    I agree that there are several brine threads but most of them are from new sign ons to the mayhem forum.  The forum is finicky from the mobile view that so many of us use and the search function sucks on mobile.  It’s expected and no more boring than brisket help threads.   Just sayin...

    Lately I've been brining my liver in New Riff single barrel and 1792 Sweet Wheat.   Going to break out the Blanton's, Weller 107, and Old Forester 1910 when my BIL gets here tomorrow. That's how I thank him for his service. 
  • Been drinking a lot of Woodford on my numerous Delta flights in the last 8 weeks. Michter’s Rye and Rittenhouse when I get home. Wife got me a bottle Willett and Kentucky Owl for my birthday last week. I’ll get into those a little more tomorrow night. Bribe away, all. Mother-in-laws everywhere are en route...
