Kelly’s Hatch Chili Dip

My wife, Kelly, whipped this up tonight:

3/4 Block of Philly Cream Cheese
1 lb of drained and cooked Jimmy Dean sausage
Cup of medium cheddar
Freshly diced Hatch Chilis - about ten or so

Mix all together and bake until golden brown on top, in oven at 425, then broil to kick it up a notch.  Killer taste.  The heat is just right with hot peppers.

@Botch this stuff hits the back of your throat and the heat is perfection.   Already considering breakfast burrito options for morning - if there is any left over.  Addictive.

Hasn’t she made this before? I forget a lot but great food seems to stay with me.

@Mickey   That is hilarious.   Never posted about this before.   We’ve made it a couple times, but never bragged before tonight.   This little batch had set our mouths on a slight fire with huge grins!!!

😐 Sorry. I’m old as hell and obviously can’t read as well. Didn’t read as i should have and thought it was posted by @Hotch  For some reason I’m thinking it was made at one of the Salado Eggfests so it would have involved adult beverages galore.
Yours looks great and bet it is outstanding.

If it has green chilies it has to be good.
