Gotta admit that my incredible wife whipped this one up. She never ceases to amaze me on all fronts. We’ve both been refraining from carbs (with the exception of lower GI carbs) while also undertaking a rigorous training program, but will certainly bend the rules to enjoy this along with some adult beverages in celebration of a friend’s 40th tonight.
