Looks like we have a glut of Pork Belly on our hands. I sure with it would drive down prices a bit. Even at Costco this stuff has gotten pricy. The holidays are fast approaching and I need to make a batch of meat candy.

I thought the African swine viral outbreak in China which has killed a gazillion pigs over there was going to be responsible for driving pork prices thru the roof as China looks to buy more pork from other countries.

That would assume that they can give up their import tariffs on pork. On the other hand they won’t need to import as much pig feed.
