made lamb chops last night

put fresh ginger, garlic, evoo, fresh mint leaves, and some S&P in the food process. covered the lamb with that for a few hours. cooked raised direct until 135igh IT, wish I had went closer to 130 though

I also grilled some okra and grilled a few jalapenos and made a baked potato. tried something new with the potato: instead of wrapping in foil I rubbed it on evoo and salt, no foil, and baked like that. I like the improvement it made on the skin

all in all, a solid meal and would happily make again. I especially loved the okra

also, unrelated (kinda) but when I am making something new, or looking for a new way to make something, I often just google it like most people. but I only want results for the BGE. while many of you probably know this trick maybe some don't and it will help you out

when searching google do this "site:eggheadforum.com" without the quotation marks and then add whatever term you want i.e. lamb. that will only bring results from this site (or whatever site you have listed). you can put the search parameters after in quotation for exact matches like this: site:eggheadforum.com "lamb chops" and then you will only get results from this site that are talking lamb chops, ignoring anything else
