I’d top nachos with it.

In addition to the above, toss it in an omelet or any place where you would use chiles or salsa. FWIW-

Smoke some pork, then chunk and toss in foil pan or Dutch oven with plenty of that sauce and some onions for a while. After that, you can pull or crisp up chunks in a skillet/flat top.
any delivery method after that is fine - nachos, burrito, tacos, stuff a baked sweet potato, etc.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
We use that for pork or chicken green chile.
Dump that and 1/2 a beer into the Instant pot, throw a bunch of pork shoulder or chicken things in and let her rip for 45 - 60 minutes. Shred the protein and enjoy. -

This seems like a winner. When you say chunk the pork are you meaning to cook only to 180 and not all the way to 200 for pulled?Legume said:Smoke some pork, then chunk and toss in foil pan or Dutch oven with plenty of that sauce and some onions for a while. Exactly, you can stop at 160 and cut into big chunks (2-3”?) then into the green chile sauce to finish cooking for a couple of hours.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

If you don't mind a bit of a project. The sauce works well in tamales. I use the Costco pulled rotisserie chicken to make tamales. I add the green chile sauce to to the chicken. The tamales turn out really good.

Similar to what's started above.
- Grill/smoke chicken, shred into a bowl
- Mix cream of chicken soup, pepper jack cheese, green chilies, corn, black beans with chicken
- Spoon mixture into large flour or corn tortillas and roll
- Place rolled tortillas in baking dish and cover with more cream of chicken soup and pepper jack
- bake at 400° until bubbly -
flank steak, tortillas, cheese and eggs breakfast tacos for the win.
