Looks awesome! At that temperature, how long do you cook & do you rotate the pizza on the stone at any time during the cook?

Pizza has finally made it into the rotation for me. Has taken awhile because it sucked until I started to put a little effort into the ingredients. Still a work in progress...Thanks for posting!Wetumpka, Alabama

I start them on parchment paper and pull that out after a few minutes. The whole cook may be 8 minutes or so.
