Blackstone Chicken Fajitas with Little Chef

After spending part of my day watching YouTube(thanks @tarheelmatt), and the neighbor giving me a crap ton of fresh veggies, I had to cook on my Blackstone. Little chef and I hit the veggies with some of Dizzy Pigs Molé and the chicken with their new Wonder Bird. A little fresh guacamole and our version of Spanish rice were the sides. Here are a few pictures of her efforts.

@Mickey the Blackstone is a perfect compliment to the Egg. I was messing around this week and used it for the sear portion of my RS steak, great crust.
