The chicken took a swim in the pool

last night we cooked up something simple and delicious, chicken breast.  I seasoned it with two gringos chupacabra season all and smoked with with Cleveland Whisky Company’s White Oak Bourbon infused Smoker Bricx.  This was cooked low and slow at  200° until the crust sucked, then it was tossed in a pan with a half pound of butter and finished off. Once the chicken hit 164, it was polled and rested. We served it with our favorite vegetable brussels sprouts, seasoned with fresh cracked salt  and a little Dizzy Pig Molé.

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    My pup has garbage gut. He is on a chicken and rice diet at the moment. He is eating better than i am. You enjoy yours.

    Looks good. But, umm, I've never heard anyone list sprouts as their favorite vegetable. "Not bad" maybe, but "favorite"? Never. =)

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Have you ever pan seared Brussels in bacon grease then topped with crumpled bacon a grated parmesan cheese ? 
    LBGE, and just enough knowledge and gadgets to be dangerous .

    Try with some bacon bits a sweet Thai Chili Sauce.  Next level sprouts

    That sounds amazing.  Put me in the against Brussel sprouts crowd too, but if anyone can make them amazing, I'd put my money on you.
